Terms, refunds and privacy

1. Seller

2. What the service is

Trinity · programs is a web app that serves as a reference: it helps you find the programs (complexes) of the Biomedis Trinity device by complaint, body system or body part, and shows their number, duration, mode and sub-programs. The app is unofficial, not affiliated with Biomedis and does not control the device. The information is for reference only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

3. Free trial and Trinity Pro

Every new user can use all features of the app free of charge for 14 days from the first time it is opened on a given device. When the trial ends, the app is locked and can be used after buying a Trinity Pro licence, which permanently unlocks all features on the buyer's device.

4. Price and payment

Trinity Pro costs 9 € one-time, with no subscription and no hidden fees. Payment is made online through Paysera. The seller is not registered for VAT and the price does not include VAT.

5. Delivery

Trinity Pro is a digital service with no physical delivery. Once payment is received, the buyer gets an activation code at the email address provided, within 24 hours. The code is entered once in the app and does not expire. The code is personal; the buyer may use the same code to activate the app on their other devices.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

The buyer may request a refund within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, by emailing trinity@impact-bg.com. The amount is refunded by the original payment method within 14 days of the request, and the issued code is marked as cancelled. If a technical problem prevents activation, we first help resolve it or send a new code.

7. Liability

The seller takes care that the data in the app matches the device's program list. Translations of names are unofficial and may differ from the device menu — the complex number is authoritative. Choosing and applying programs is the responsibility of the user. The seller is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the reference information.

8. Privacy and personal data

The app uses no tracking cookies, advertising or analytics services. Settings (language, theme, recently opened complexes, trial period and the Pro code) are stored only in your device's browser and are not sent to us.

When you buy Trinity Pro we process your name and email to send you the code and to keep a record of issued licences and accounting documents. Payment is processed by Paysera under its own privacy policy; we never receive your card details. Data is kept for the period required by accounting law.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. For questions, write to trinity@impact-bg.com.
